your video/music in a manner that bajantube sees fit and understand that

site. In the case of an investigation by authorities, bajantube will
cooperate with any legal investigation including but not limited to
providing system logs of investigated activities.
Pornography, illegal, illicit or immoral activities are not allowed on this
service. bajantube reserves the right to define what is pornography,
illegal, illicit or immoral activities for any media stored on this service
and may without notice to you remove such content at our discretion.
bajantube may remove materials, services, or media you have stored from our
system for any reason and without warning to you. Additionally bajantube is
allowed to modify your content in such a way as to be optimized for service
delivery reasons or advertising insertion. bajantube will make every attempt
to provide a quality, enjoyable service and is allowed to make changes to
the system and to your hosted content to insure this objective.
In consideration of your use of the Service, you represent that you are of
legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from
receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable
jurisdiction. You also agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and
complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's
registration form (such information being the "Registration Data") and (b)
maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true,
accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is
untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or bajantube has reasonable
grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current
or incomplete, bajantube has the right to suspend or terminate your account,

Proprietary Rights in Content on Bajantube.
1.1
Bajantube does not claim any ownership rights in the text, files,
images, photos, video/music, sounds, musical works, works of authorship,
applications, or any other materials (collectively, "Content") that
you post on or through the Bajantube Services. After posting or
emailing your Content to the Bajantube Services, you continue to
retain any such rights that you may have in your Content, subject to
the limited license herein. By displaying or publishing ("posting")
any Content on or through the Bajantube Services, you hereby grant
to Bajantube a limited license to use, modify, delete from, add to,
publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such
Content solely on or through the Bajantube Services, including
without limitation distributing part or all of the Bajantube Website
in any media formats and through any media channels, except Content
marked “private” will not be distributed outside the Bajantube
Website. This limited license does not grant Bajantube the right to
sell or otherwise distribute your Content outside of the Bajantube
Services. After you remove your Content from the Bajantube Website
we will cease distribution as soon as practicable, and at such time
when distribution ceases, the license will terminate. If after we
have distributed your Content outside the Bajantube Website you
change the Content’s privacy setting to “private,” we will cease
distribution of such “private” Content outside the Bajantube Website
as soon as practicable after you make the change.
1.2
The
license you grant to Bajantube is non-exclusive (meaning you are
free to license your Content to anyone else in addition to Bajantube),
fully-paid and royalty-free (meaning that Bajantube is not required
to pay you for the use on the Bajantube Services of the Content that
you post), sublicensable (so that Bajantube is able to use its
affiliates, subcontractors and other partners such as Internet
content delivery networks and wireless carriers to provide the
Bajantube Services), and worldwide (because the Internet and the
Bajantube Services are global in reach).
1.3
You
represent and warrant that: (i) you own the Content posted by you on
or through the Bajantube Services or otherwise have the right to
grant the license set forth in this Section 6, and (ii) the posting
of your Content on or through the Bajantube Services does not
violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract
rights or any other rights of any person or entity. You agree to
pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owing any person
or entity by reason of any Content posted by you on or through the
Bajantube Services.
1.4
The
Bajantube Services contain Content of Users and other Bajantube
licensors. Except as provided within this Agreement, you may not
copy, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute,
perform, display, or sell any Content appearing on or through the
Bajantube Services.
1.5
Bajantube performs technical functions necessary to offer the
Bajantube Services, including but not limited to transcoding and/or
reformatting Content to allow its use throughout the Bajantube
